Our Bespoke Services 
 

A sizable amount of our orders are bespoke, the two main reasons being; altering measurements and add-ons to current products or requests for larger structures such as Pergolas and Gazebo's. We offer installation of products (where required) to all UK mainland. We have had some great opportunities working with accomplished garden designers for bespoke works that also include Gates, Railing and External Balustrades for more information head to www.db-ironworks.co.uk. Lead times for bespoke orders are usually around 10 weeks from point of order, for smaller orders this reduces.

Our process should you wish to enquire for a bespoke services includes;

• Enquiry (email or telephone).

• Quotation, this will be emailed to you stating specifications, lead times, installation and prices.

• At an additional cost, a CAD Drawing can be provided before you order enters the workshop, a cost for this will be provided in your quote.

• When your ready to go ahead, at the Point of Order 50% of the invoice amount will be taken with the total due when delivery is arranged.

• Manufacture. 

• We will then arrange a date of Delivery that suits you best.
